About Me

I was born in Peebles and now live in Cardrona. My career began in the printing industry before moving into software development, where I spent 25 years in IT.

In 2018, I decided it was time for a change and set up a small furniture-making business in Selkirk, crafting tables from locally sourced timber. Those tables are now in daily use in homes across the UK, from Shetland to Cornwall.

Since retiring from furniture making, I’ve turned my attention to offering handyman services in my local area. I’m happy to discuss most types of jobs and will always take on tasks I know I can complete to a high standard.
